Custom Plastic Injection Moulding of Products

Bambisana Manufacturing uses different raw materials such as Fibre-filled Nylon, Glass-filled Polypropylene, Acetal, Nylon 66, Nylon 6, ABS, Polypropylene, LDPE and LLDPE in the manufacturing process. The raw material is prepared according to your requirements, and also includes fire retardant and UV stabilisers. We are capable of doing high-volume injection moulding runs.

Plastic Injection Mould Design and Development

With the injection moulding manufacturing process, the only limitation is your imagination. Tell us what you have in mind and we will assist you throughout the crucial development stages, advising on material selection, production feasibility, mould design, packaging and more.

Whether you have already computerised your design (using Mastercam, SolidWorks, Auto CAD or Part Adviser), or simply sketched out your idea on a piece of paper, our mould designers will take your product from concept to reality using the latest computer-assisted design technology.

Once the design is finalised, the mould for your product will be created. The price of the mould is influenced by various factors, such as the size and complexity of the mould, the number of cavities, the material used and the finished texture you require. We have built close and trusted relationships with state-of-the-art mould manufacturers in China who use the latest engineering technology, powered by Power Mill, Solid Edge and Edge Cam software. They also use EN19T steel during their mould manufacturing process, ensuring moulds of the highest quality at extremely competitive prices.
